Stuart and Elizabeth Anne attended the Marine Technical Institute in Ft. Lauderdale and passed the US Coast Guard  Master/Mate 100 Gross Ton  Licensing Exams with Commercial Assistance and Towing and Auxiliary Sail endorsements. In addition they earned certification in the latest safety and CPR skills. Stuart previously held a 25 Ton Captains License.
